Rajdeep Bhattacharya started working in Tech PR, and after working over the years in digital & traditional advertising and getting associated with some of the biggest brands, he got into academics. He taught for nearly four years in media and management institutes. Later he started consulting as a marketer for startups. He runs a pro bono online networking community for startups in Kolkata, named Kolkata Startups. He also teaches and guides elderly people with digital issues under the name ‘New World’, which too is for a social cause.
Rajdeep Bhattacharya graduated from Benaras Hindu University. He pursued his Post Graduate studies, first in Mass Communication and then in Media Management. He studied Digital Marketing at NIIT and also completed Google Adwords and Bing Ads certification. From August 2018 to December 2019, he completed 22 courses through MOOC from some of the best universities in the world, namely Harvard, MIT, Wharton, California Berkeley, Boston and also from Microsoft and IBM’s education initiatives. Amongst these there are two Micro Masters and two Professional Certificates each consisting of multiple courses.
He is interested in branding, technology and anything digital. Being an avid reader himself he prefers to write on different issues. He has great interest in international cinema and aesthetics in general.
