Talking about how he motivates people around him. He told that one can not motivate others, they can only inspire them. your motivation cannot be transferred to them, you can teach people to find the motivation to get done what needs to be done to achieve their goals.

Talking about his 13 years long journey in the education industry he said that he likes interacting with the young generation. He believes in working and shaping the younger generation after the age of 50. He believes knowledge is something that you can not take from another person, every human being has a story from which you can learn something new.
