User Agreement
You are requested to read the following carefully. The use of this website (herein after “Site”) by you is conditioned upon your acceptance of this agreement. If you disagree, you are requested not to use this Site. If you have not attained majority in accordance with Indian Majority Act, i.e. you are not competent to enter into an agreement, you are requested not to use this Site. 1. Definitions

Turiya Communication can’t give any guarantee so that the Site will be either compatible with all devices and in all platforms or will be accessible by all mobile carriers. You may have to install JavaScript, cookies, or other technologies.
10. Proprietary Rights
The structure as well as content of the Site are protected by copyright, trade-mark and patent laws of India. You are not entitled to use any data of this Site for any business purpose. You have no title, right or interest to the Site.

Naturally the SITE displays various materials and content from third parties.Mere display on the Site of Greentech by such Third Party Content does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Greentech authority. You do here by agree that Greentech will not be responsible for any injury, harm, damages, or negative experience you may encounter by accessing, visiting, or using such third-party properties.

17. Disclaimers
By signing this agreement you EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT your age is more than 18 and ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND SITE MATERIALS ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You are also giving implied consent to contain and use your personal data that you shared voluntarily or other way. The rules regarding Liabilities of Intermediary will be applicable in connection with any post and content in this SITE..
18. Limitation of Liability
Turiya Communication or its any director or manager will not be liable for any for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out by this contract.
- No employee is entitled to use any temporary data card to transfer data from the official system of Turiya Communications. Employees are also not allowed to do any other, either personal or professional work, during the working hour mentioned in the offer letter to the employee. If they do so that will fall under ‘conflict of interest’ and will be treated according to service terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter.
- No employee is allowed to be associated with any other company which deals with the similar kind of business or a competitor of Turiya Communications.
- Each and every employee will have to simultaneously sign one separate data secrecy policy at the time of joining which will form part of the offer letter.
- The same conditions are applicable and binding on clients of Turiya Communications and Turiya reserves all copyright.
19. Indemnity
YOU are conversant with the terms and conditions and UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU will remain PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS COMPANY,
20. Termination
You here by do agree that Turiya Communication may, in it’s sole discretion and without any prior notice, terminate your access to the Site at any time without showing any reason. You also furtheragree that we don’t woe any explanation to you or to any third party for such termination of your access to, or use of, the Site as a result of any breach of the Agreement or for any reason at all.
Copyright Infringement: Copyright is kind of right which is subsisting and we give ultimate priority to protect it. It is sole discretion of Turiya Communication to remove any posting which appears to infringe copyright. The same may also be removed according to “Take Down” policy mentioned in Intermediary Rules. 21. Dispute Resolution
For Turiya Communication , time is more precious than money. Turiya Communication does not like to enter litigation and in case of any dispute that may arise between us and Users the company is interested to dissolve in a cost-effective and non-disruptive manner, preferably saving time and expense of litigation. Any dispute will be brought into notice of each other and will try to resolve and if not possible Turiya Communication will appoint some arbitrator to solve. In unavoidable situation both the party will accept the jurisdiction of Kolkataa High Court.
22. Miscellaneous.
- Applicable Law and Venue. This Agreement and any action related to this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the India.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Greentech relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any and all prior agreements, negotiations, or other communications between you and us, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
